Click here for more information Payment Information Peconic Bay Originals accepts American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards. We also accept personal checks. Box 1 New Suffolk, NY 11956 Shipping Information We generally ship orders within 48 hours of their receipt. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of each item in your shopping cart. We have chosen the United States Postal Service as our official carrier. When you are checking out, you will be given a choice of shipping options. We recommend shipping with Priority Mail or First Class (if available) because these are much faster than Parcel Post, the default option. If you do not need your order as quickly, Parcel Post may be the best option since it is generally the least expensive. The shipping times under the various options are as follows: Option Speed* Express 1-2 days First Class (when available) 1-3 days Priority 2-3 days (average) Parcel Post Up to nine days *Estimated shipping times do not include preparation time. Most orders are shipped within 2 days of their receipt by Peconic Bay Originals. Sales Tax As required by law, we charge sales tax on orders shipped within New York state. We do not charge sales tax on orders shipped outside of New York state. Return Policy We want to make sure you’re satisfied! Our products are returnable for a full 30 days after purchase. Please email us at: info@peconicbayoriginals.com Customizing Your Cards We can customize your Peconic Bay Originals Fine Art Cards, Boxed Cards, or Note Cards to fit your specific need! If you would like to add a customized message to all or some or all of the cards in your order, click on the Customized Cards option on the menu bar and follow the instructions. You will be given an opportunity to e-mail us the exact message you want printed. Holiday Cards Our boxed Fine Art Cards, available in boxed sets of either 8 or 25 cards, are perfect for your holiday card needs. To find our product offerings for holiday and winter cards, click on the following links and then look under the Seasonal category. Boxed Signature Cards - Set of 8 Boxed Signature Cards - Set of 25 For the boxed Fine Art Card sets that are included in the holiday or winter categories, you can select a free greeting. This greeting will be printed on the inside of your cards and can be selected from a drop-down menu of holiday greetings. This drop-down menu is on the individual product page of the product you are ordering. If you would like to customize a greeting, you can elect the Customized Cards option as discussed in the previous FAQs topic.
